A TALE OF THE NEAR FUTURE -------- A generation ago a natural disaster
devastated billions, and world governments collapsed.
But life, although different, goes on for the hard
working, innovative, self-sufficient townsfolk of Cedar
Creek. That, however, is about to change. Cedar Creek
has been invaded by a nihilistic biker gang, intent on
rape and pillage, led by a violent and ruthless
sociopath and backed up by the scary leader of the biker
women and the sadistic self appointed sheriff who has a
score to settle. But this is a new world, and the people
of Cedar Creek have been tempered on the anvil of
independence. The survivors of the first violent and
abusive attacks escape into the mountains, and there
follows a war of attrition to win back their town.

"A rip roaring adventure tale set in a post
apocalyptic world. A spirited group of homesteaders face
of against a gang of psychopathic thugs. By turns
exciting and suspenseful with a good dose of humor too."

BATTLE
FOR CEDAR CREEK A TALE OF THE NEAR FUTURE
"Fifteen years after being devastated
by a giant wave, there are some areas of crude
civilization left. There is not, however, any rule of
law left.
Jennie and her father, Mel, have made it to Cedar Creek and built a cabin. Their neighbor, April, is a close friend of theirs. In town, there is a bully of a sheriff named Barlow. He has decided to take the town and its surroundings over completely. And, he means by taking the women with brutal force and keeping them. Of course, he would share them with his deputies. Wrong answer as the reader will find out in this book. The town bands together and fights for the survival of Cedar Creek. They are quite the experts with crossbows. I liked the hide outs in the Anasazi Caves. Sounds like a perfect hide-a-way. Or is it? OH, I forgot to mention the gang of bikers that have slave women. Wait until you meet Bumba! She is the head of the slave women and don't you think she knows it.... A lot of boozing by the bikers and the sheriff's entourage.. It contributed to their downfall, I think. Go Cedar Creek!"
